How We Hire

As part of the interview process, you will meet with a variety of people from different teams to get a feel for what it’s like to work with Resource. Our hiring process may take a little more time but it’s all in an effort to get to know you better and vice versa.

With that, your first meeting is with members of our leadership team and will be conversational in nature. We’d love to learn more about your work experience, hobbies, strengths, and anything you’re passionate about. We also hope that you’ll ask us some questions you’d like to know about Resource.

Next, you may have 1-2 short meetings with different members of our team – this is an opportunity to learn about the different types of projects we’re working on. We’d like you to be prepared to share a few projects from your portfolio that reveal your process, conceptual and strategic thinking, collaboration and design skillset.

Once we’ve gotten to know each other, you may also be asked to take a professional strengths and/or teamwork assessment as part of the process to better understand how you work in a collaborative environment.

Once this process is complete, we will reach out to you with a decision – whether it’s an offer or reasons why there’s not an offer.

Diversity and Inclusion Commitment

We believe that in order to serve our clients well, our team must bring a diversity of backgrounds, identities and perspectives to the table and seek opportunities to expand the collective experience of our group. We are an equal opportunity employer that is firmly committed to building a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Resource does not discriminate in recruitment or employment on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, orientation, nationality, age, disability, status or other non-merit factor.
