In the world of real estate, all things come full circle and this year is no exception. These days we are loving the renewed focus on multi-family, particularly apartments – they are the new condos, after all! And with so many developments under construction right now, we’ve been challenged to find unique and exciting ways of branding to set our projects apart from the pack.
Until recently, the site near the intersection of Collier and Chattahoochee Roads along Woodall Creek was an abandoned manufacturing plant, but with the vision of Enfold Properties and CF Inc, the project is being redeveloped into highly amenitized, loft apartments that will stay true to their industrial aesthetic. Given the character of the site and neighborhood, we were able to take an urban, yet rustic approach, incorporating lots of texture and natural colors, which produced a brand after our own design heart.
