As an extension of our rebranding effort for Concourse, Resource worked with the team at Regent Partners to produce a lunch event that would engage our broker audience and introduce them to the new brand, recent capital improvements and overall value of the 63-acre development. We were thrilled to be able to host the event in one of their newly-demo’d spaces that featured awesome city views and provided a blank canvas to feature the brand design with collateral, graphics and some pretty enticing giveaways. Even with the excitement of rescheduling the event due to Atlanta’s Snowpocalypse 2014, the Concourse Superbowl Showdown fostered a great turnout and increased interest in the property, sure to lead to more tours and new tenants!
