Collier Lofts

Challenge

Create the brand for a new Atlanta development near the intersection of Collier and Chattahoochee Roads along Woodall Creek. Until recently, the site was home to an abandoned manufacturing plant. The project is being redeveloped into highly amenitized, loft apartments that will stay true to their industrial aesthetic and environment.

Solution

Given the character of the site plan and neighborhood, our research indicated we needed to take an urban, yet rustic approach, incorporating textures and natural colors. These brand elements were orchestrated to create an organic brand that flows seamlessly with the loft development.
