Challenge
Rebrand one of Downtown Atlanta’s most iconic buildings in order to change its perception as a dated, single-tenant building and educate brokers on the new multi-million dollar capital improvements.
Solution
Leveraging the unique building architecture, we created a strong new identity and positioning to serve as the foundation for a comprehensive awareness campaign. This resulted in significant new leasing activity and a re-established position as one of Downtown Atlanta’s premier multi-tenant office towers.
