T3 / Atlantic Yards Marketing Center
Located in Atlantic Station, this dual-purpose marketing center represents the distinct brands and architectural characteristics of two Hines projects: T3 West Midtown and Atlantic Yards. By combining the two brands into one environment, we were able to create a nuanced experience defined by highly complementary elements: wood and steel. The result was a clean, modern space that reinforced their shared location stories while letting each project shine.
