A longtime neighborhood favorite, Midtown Promenade is a go-to retail destination nestled between Piedmont Park and the Beltline. While its location and offerings are unbeatable, its visual presence lacked the energy and visibility to match the vibrancy of its offerings.
We partnered with the Asana Partners team to reimagine the center’s exterior touchpoints with bold, welcoming environmental graphics designed to catch the eye, improve wayfinding, and signal a refreshed sense of place.
The system includes everything from hand-painted murals and a new tenant marquis to directional signage and flagpole banners, adding character and cohesion throughout. The result: a brighter, friendlier experience that’s easier to navigate and easier to love.
