Colorful and thought-provoking, a great piece of public art can make a building or outdoor space much more engaging. And just as Atlanta has become a city rich in street art that highlights the connective fiber between art and urban development, our local Chamblee experience is increasingly colored by the muralists and street artists working here.
The Chamblee/Buford Highway corridor is now home to people from more than 65 countries and represents the most culturally diverse population in the Atlanta metro area. Adding vibrant art to local spaces is an opportunity to celebrate those cultural and historic themes in the community while creating memorable visual landmarks for all to enjoy.
